The most typical pattern of #MeToo is the following: A successful and rich woman ”discloses“ her long-ago sexual contacts with a much older, more powerful man. She entered this relation entirely voluntarily and got some benefit in return. In many cases, a lifelong career as a star or celebrity. The professional activists conclude that the man was the culprit and the women a victim. At the same time, they agree that the transaction was voluntary from both sides. The man is a villain because he offered career benefits for sex. Such an offer damages the psyche of this young, ambitious woman, as well as general morality.
Let us put aside this ideological blindness. We see a completely different picture. First, we need to understand that the woman, not the man, guards sexual morality. This rule is valid across all of history, in almost all civilizations. It is based on the deepest biological foundation of human society.
