A practical demonstration of how Americans do business. The Czech Republic and other countries in the region have been taking natural gas from Russia (formerly the Soviet Union) for more than 50 years. The Americans forced us to terminate the contracts. When we were left without supplies, they sold us their gas – compressed and imported on overseas tankers. At a price several times higher, which is felt by every household. That makes our “alliance” with the US a lot more expensive.

No wonder we find it somewhat hypocritical when we hear American complaints about Chinese practices.

If only the money would at least go to American workers. But it’s just going to be more profits for a few billionaires anyway.

And the best part in the end. The mainstream media – foreign-owned, of course – proclaim in headlines that “salvation has come from America.” Go to hell with that rescue!
