Concrete king Tomáš Březina has recorded a video, which unfortunately is only available in Czech.
To him, an entrepreneur is someone who wants to practise their craft, do it well and do it their own way. Money will come with time; it’s not the main priority. Even if they don’t get rich, at least they will have the opportunity to enjoy what they do and do it well. That’s no small thing.
Research actually confirms that such people are happier than employees. Although we don’t know the direction of causality — could it be that happier people are more likely to decide to work for themselves?
Either way, there’s certainly an image of the world in which entrepreneurs and their employees form a class that is in conflict with the financial oligarchy, as well as state and corporate bureaucracy.
